The usage rules, in plain English.

MinosTCG is a cart optimization service for Cardmarket. It receives your wishlist, fetches public Cardmarket prices, computes the seller split that minimizes the total (price + shipping) and returns a purchase plan you then execute manually on the Cardmarket website.

MinosTCG does not sell cards, doesn't handle payments between users and sellers, doesn't ship anything. It's a recommendation service, not a commercial intermediation service.

• Adults (18+)
• Residents of EU/EEA, UK or Switzerland
• With an active Cardmarket account (not required for the Free demo plan, but needed for real use)

The user is responsible for:

• Accuracy of registered data
• Password and device security
• Using the service within plan limits
• Not sharing the account with third parties

MinosTCG isn't liable for unauthorized access caused by weak passwords or compromised devices.

We guarantee that:

• Displayed prices are those observed on Cardmarket at optimization time, or from a recent cached fetch
• The algorithm honestly searches for the lowest-cost combination
• The set minimum condition and language filters are respected

We do not guarantee that:

• Sellers still have availability when you buy (Cardmarket is a live marketplace, offers change)
• Prices are always lower than the native Cardmarket Wizard
• Sellers ship within promised times (we don't control their operations)
• The service has 100% uptime (best-effort, no SLA)

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (month)
• You can cancel any time from the dashboard: no strings, no penalties, access to the service until the end of the paid period
• Right of withdrawal: 14 days from first subscription (D.lgs. 206/2005, EU consumer law)
• Refund within 14 days of the withdrawal request, on the same payment method
• Stripe handles payments; invoices are available in the dashboard

The user may not:

• Resell the service or access to the service
• Use automated scraping against MinosTCG (the API for programmatic use is only available on the Power plan)
• Circumvent plan limits with multiple accounts
• Upload wishlists containing other people's data without authorization
• Attempt to compromise the security of the service

Serious violations result in immediate account suspension without refund.

The MinosTCG brand, the logo, the site design and the optimizer engine code are owned by the MinosTCG team.

The Chrome extension is released under the MIT open-source license (see the GitHub repository when published).

Card names and images belong to their respective owners (Wizards of the Coast / The Pokémon Company / Konami). MinosTCG is not affiliated with any of these parties or with Cardmarket.

To the extent permitted by law, MinosTCG is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of data, or issues stemming from service unavailability.

MinosTCG's liability for any claim is in any case limited to the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the disputed event.

Non-waivable consumer rights under Italian and European law remain unaffected.

• We can suspend accounts that violate these terms, with prior notice when possible
• We can discontinue the service with 60 days notice and refund of unused months
• The user can close the account any time from the dashboard

Substantial changes to the terms are communicated by email 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you don't agree, you can cancel and obtain a refund of the unused period.
